Hi Susan, When I was insurance-shopping you were impressively quick to return my calls. You listened carefully to my questions and remarks; I could tell, because your replies were always relevant and complete. You were forthcoming with information but never tried to make decisions for me and never pressured me to buy anything. Of course that made shopping a more pleasant experience than it might have been, but in the long run that’s not so important. I had spoken to a few other agents before contacting you, and you’re the one who impressed me as the kind of agent I’d want to be dealing with if a claim or other problem ever happens. It didn’t hurt either, of course, that you have a good product to offer and a very competitive price.
